The process of dye sublimation printing has been around for a long time, but only in relatively recent times has it jumped to the forefront of techniques used to decorate sportswear like t-shirts and polos.
The production technique is relatively simple. When sublimation inks are heated to 400°F, they turn into a gas and form a permanent bond to 100% white or light color polyester fabric. The result is a premium full-color, photographic-quality image that will not crack, peel or wash away from the clothing.
At Silly Rabbit Shirts we use the highest quality dyes sublimation inks and printers so that your custom orders always look sharp and professional.
